Who we are. Ivory & Bloom Atelier is a handmade bridal accessories studio in Gainesville, Virginia. These terms cover orders placed through this website and your use of the site itself.
Orders. Submitting an order request is an invitation for us to make your pieces — the order is confirmed when we reply to arrange payment and confirm details. Every piece is made after you order; the lead time shown at checkout (currently 2–3 weeks) is our honest estimate, and if we cannot meet your wedding date we will tell you before making anything.
Prices & payment. Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping shown before checkout are estimates and are finalized when your order is confirmed. Until online payment opens, payment is arranged personally after your order request.
Personalization. Names, dates, and color choices are made exactly as you submit them — please double-check spelling and shades. Personalized pieces cannot be restocked.
Returns & remakes. Our full policy lives on the Shipping & Returns page. In short: if anything is wrong, write within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, remake, or refund as appropriate. Damaged-in-transit pieces are remade at no cost.
Our work. Photographs, designs, and text on this site are ours. Please don’t reproduce them commercially without asking — for personal wedding planning, pin and share freely.
Liability. Our responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Handmade pieces contain small parts (pearls, pins) — flower girl and ring bearer accessories are made for supervised little ones, not for unsupervised play.
