Every piece is made after you order — nothing sits on a shelf. Current lead time is 2–3 weeks from order to shipment. If your wedding is sooner, write to us before ordering and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can make your date.
Yes — every piece ships worldwide from the atelier in Gainesville, Virginia. International transit times vary by destination; any customs duties are the recipient’s responsibility.
Carefully — each piece is wrapped to hold its shape in transit. Gift packaging (a satin-lined keepsake box with a handwritten note card) is available on select pieces.
Because each piece is made to order — often personalized and matched to your colors — returns are handled personally rather than by blanket policy. If anything is wrong with your order, write to us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right: a repair, a remake, or a refund where appropriate. Personalized pieces cannot be restocked, so we ask that you double-check names, dates, and shades before ordering.
Photograph the box and the piece as they arrived and send both to us right away. Damaged-in-transit pieces are remade at no cost to you.
