A designer by training, a maker by calling, a mother of four — and thirteen years of shaping clay flowers into keepsakes families keep.
Every wedding tells a story. Here, every handcrafted flower, ribbon, and keepsake is thoughtfully made to become part of it. With more than thirteen years creating personalized wedding accessories — and a lifetime devoted to design — I pour artistry, precision, and care into every piece, so each bride receives something as unique as her celebration.
Before Ivory & Bloom, I spent decades as a professional designer — graphic design, web design, the discipline of making things beautiful and getting them right. Thirteen years ago I fell for something slower: shaping flowers by hand from clay, petal by petal.
What began as a small handmade clay-flower shop at Potomac Mills Mall became a quiet obsession — blooms that would never wilt, made one at a time. In time, customers began asking for pieces of their own, and the custom orders moved online.
Could I make it in her colors? For her bridesmaids? For the littlest girl in the party? Those questions gave the work its purpose. Over the years I've created bridal accessories for many, many couples — and found my specialty in the pieces that carry a whole wedding party.
The bride's pouch and crown, coordinated bridesmaid gifts, ring bearer keepsakes, and flower girl sets sized for small hands — all designed to belong to the same story, without ever looking identical.

A background in graphic and web design isn't a footnote here — it's how every commission is composed. Palette, proportion, the way a color photographs in golden light versus candlelight: these are professional instincts, brought to bear on your day.
You're not choosing from a catalog. You're working with a designer who has spent a career making things look intentional — and who now does it for the one day you'll remember most.
I'm a mother of four, so I know exactly how fast a day you planned for a year can pass — and how much a small, held thing can hold. That's what I make: not accessories, but keepsakes.
The pouch that hangs on the reception chair and then lives in a drawer for twenty years. The crown a flower girl asks to wear again. I love helping couples celebrate their day, and I love that a piece of it stays. And because you're working with the person who made it — not a returns department — there's always a real human to write to.
Every order is a conversation with me directly — no middlemen, no call center.
Your colors, your party, the pieces you're dreaming of — and a photo of the dresses, if you have one.
Free color matching from your photo, or six signature shades. I compose the pieces to coordinate, from the bride's pouch to the flower girl's crown.
Cut after you order and finished over about two weeks — checked against your color reference in natural light before it ships.
Carried down the aisle, photographed all evening, and kept long after the last dance.
Designed to become part of your wedding memories, every piece is handcrafted with timeless elegance and made uniquely for your celebration.
