What we collect. When you write to us through the consultation form or subscribe to the newsletter, we receive the details you choose to share — your name, email, and your message. When you place an order request, we also receive your shipping address and the personalization details for your pieces (names, dates, gift notes).
How we use it. Only to make and ship your pieces, reply to your questions, and — if you subscribed — send the occasional atelier note. We do not sell or share your information with anyone, ever.
Your cart and wishlist. These live in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them.
Forms. Consultation and newsletter submissions are delivered through Formspree, which processes them on our behalf. Payment details are never collected on this site today; when online payment opens it will be handled by a dedicated payment processor (Stripe), and card details will never touch our servers.
Cookies & analytics. If we enable visitor analytics or marketing tags, nothing loads until you choose “Accept” on the cookie notice — and choosing “Essential Only” keeps the site fully usable with no tracking at all. Your choice is remembered in your browser.
